Volunteer Spotlight: Jessica Heald
Jessica Heald, a student at the University of Nottingham, traveled from London to New York City to volunteer for Project Sunshine--her first non profit experience ever. Jessicaís apprehension about her international internship soon turned into inspiration when she witnessed the difference Project Sunshine makes. During her internship, Jessica facilitated the Sunshine Chefs and Arts and Crafts programs that improved the lives of children living in hospitals, as well as attended a Project Sunshine event every day of her internship!
