Volunteer Spotlight: Kids for Kids Programming
Project Sunshine’s Kids for Kids program works with children and teens in schools and community organizations to teach
the importance of giving back to others. Youth participate in community service projects, creating materials for hospitalized children.
Recently, fourth graders at the Solomon Schechter School in New York volunteered in a Kids for Kids effort and built hanging mobile Craft Kits for children in an underserved hospital in Washington Heights. These students donate their time every month to hospitalized children, showing a true dedication to social service.
