Project Sunshine Canada´s Fifth Annual Gala
TORONTO (November 29, 2011) Project Sunshine Canada´s fifth annual gala, held earlier this month at Torontoís Eglinton Grand, helped raise more than $200,000 for the charity in Canada. Funds raised will sustain Project Sunshineís work supporting children in hospital and their families.
The gala welcomed more than 300 donors and volunteers and was hosted once again by CTV´s Seamus O´Regan. Guests were treated to an evening of entertainment by the popular Toronto All Stars Steel Orchestra, as well as a live auction by auctioneer Jay Mandarino.
In a show of support, on the evening of November 3 the CN Tower was lit completely in yellow.
